Groundspell is a cozy, women-owned and operated massage studio in downtown, Portland, Oregon. Envisioned by Celia and Carla, two licensed and insured massage therapists who share a lifelong passion for intentional selfcare and mindful bodywork.

We're grateful to share this space made for slowing down, tuning in, and finding your peace. We offer thoughtful, restorative bodywork rooted in presence and flow. From soothing Swedish massage, to the deepest work in Ashiatsu sessions, we center on crafting your rest + renewal.
